    Farm and House Museum
    Located near Farmington in the town of Wilton, the Farm and House Museum is only open on Saturday afternoons in July and August. The museum, which houses a collection of local memorabilia from the 18th century onward, was once the Bass family boarding house.

    Stanley Museum

    Celebrating the men who created Stanley Steamer automobiles, F.E and F.O. Stanley, this museum displays some of their earliest creations. Opened in 1981, the museum also displays the photographic works of the Stanley's sister Chansonetta.

    Nordica Homestead Museum
    The Nordica Homestead Museum was the birthplace, in 1857, of operatic soprano Lillian Nordica. The home farmhouse was built by Nordica's grandfather and now houses a collection that includes original furniture as well as the singer's costumes, stage jewelry and more.

    Founded in 1966, the Bethel Historical Society is open year-round and offers more than a dozen period rooms and exhibit galleries.
